Dyno Tuning & ECU Flashing

ECU Flashing

Our specialty is ECU flashing and dyno tuning; We have flashed and tuned THOUSANDS of motorcycles. If you want the most performance for your money, ECU flashing and dyno tuning is the way to go.

The ECU controls the fuel delivery from various sensors on the bike. That fuel flow is not correct even on the ECU factory settings. An air/fuel ratio that is too lean (not enough fuel) can result in major damage and shorter engine life, while an air/fuel ratio that is too rich (too much fuel) can also result in shorter engine life, as well as waste fuel.

ECU flashing is different than putting on a Power Commander or Bazzaz unit. These “piggyback” systems are very limited in what they can tune, thus limiting your bike’s performance.

Depending on the bike model, ECU Flashing can allow for many performance features, such as:

  • IAP Fuel Maps
  • TPS Fuel Maps
  • Fuel Adjustments Per Cylinder
  • Ignition Timing Per Cylinder
  • Adjust Idle RPM
  • Adjust RPM Limiter
  • Adjust Fan Temperature
  • Disable Top Speed Limiter
  • Disable EVAP / Purge Valve
  • Disable Stock O2 Sensor
  • Disable Deceleration Fuel Cut
  • Engine Braking Control Maps

And much more!

NOTE: We DO NOT offer ECU flashing without a full tune. Every bike needs this in order to run correctly.

In this video, we explain why every bike must be tuned on the dyno in addition to every ECU flash, and how every company that claims you don't have to is scamming you:

Dyno Tuning

A dyno is used for tuning, checking the condition of your bike, measuring the true horsepower and torque readings, and even diagnosing issues with the way your bike is running.

We use our dyno to create custom maps for your bike. As a VP Racing Fuels dealer, we can also get any type of fuel you'd like and map your bike for it.

At Farrell Performance we have a special-built dyno tuning room consisting of:

  • Dynojet 250 With the Latest Software Programs
  • High-Flow Air System to Produce Accurate, Repeatable Results
  • Air/Fuel Ratio Sensor to Measure the Air/Fuel Ratio During the Dyno Run in Order to Determine if the Bike is Running Correctly. Adjustments Need to Be Made if the Ratio is Too Rich or Too Lean.
  • Aftermarket Fuel Controller Systems
  • Woolich
  • Dynojet
  • Bazzaz
  • Race Systems
  • Kawasaki Kit Tuning
  • Honda HRC Tuning
  • EM Pro Suzuki
  • Yamaha Kit Tuning
